More and more people are turning to CBD oil (cannabidiol) as self-treatment for anxiety. For a long time – apart from a few animal experiments – there were hardly any good studies. Randomized, double-blind studies that meet high methodological standards were particularly scarce. A new study, published in the prestigious journal “Frontiers in Psychology”, now delivers new, extremely interesting results. The test subjects were 18-19 year old young adults with strong social fears.
